Top 5 At-Home Workout Channels on YouTube for Women

Looking for a few new workout channels to try out to change up your routine? I personally have been looking to change around my workout routine every so often, and always gravitate towards following YouTube videos made by fitness coaches. My favorite are no equipment workouts! Here are my top 5:

  1. Pamela Reif: A at home fitness coach, Pamela Reif makes amazing, quick, and versatile workout videos. She plays a different upbeat playlist in each video, and has a timer to time out certain steps to a workout. I personally like her HIIT, abs, and 20 minute beginner workout videos!
  2. Chloe Ting: Looking for killer Abs challenges? Chloe Ting is famous for her multiple weeks abdomen challenges that promise to flatten and tone your stomach as long as you stick to the workout plan. She can be a little intense, but can get you back into shape in no time!
  3. POPSUGAR Fitness: Focusing on mainly HIIt workouts by celebrity trainers, this channel promises to help you stay fir like your favorite celebrities. While not always easy for the weak-jointed, the channel definitely helps to keep you in touch.
  4. Emi Wong: Want to be inspired while you venture on a workout channel? Emi Wong’s party-girl to fitness coach story is extremely inspirational and helps to keep you motivated as you try to reach your own fitness goals. Her workout videos are generally short but super effective!
  5. MadFit: Maddie from MadFit is a super beginner-friendly workout channel! She has super fun music she workouts out to in her videos, and makes sure to do the workout in real time so you can easily follow along. Check her channel out!
